At Cleantech Service Group, we are looking to add a new member into our Operations team
Currently, we are searching for a **Field Cleaning Supervisor **to work on Saturday and Sunday.
- ** Saturday and Sunday, 8 hours per day**

***Please note that you need your own transportation to perform the duties of this role**

**The position**

You will in charge of a small portfolio of buildings where you will ensure Cleantech cleaning standards are being met. Additionally, you will cover cleaning shifts when it's needed (planned or unplanned cleaner's absences).

**What are the responsibilities of this role?**
- Oversee day-to-day operations of your sites/cleaners, reporting and deficiencies and needs
- Ensure adherence to SOPs, checklists, and train personnel when initiating work with a new client/site
- Motivates, disciplines, and evaluates staff
- Complete assigned inspections as per inspection schedule
- Properly communicate and maintain training records for all personnel assigned to your portfolio
- Maintain awareness of ‘Best Practices’ and new standards in the cleaning industry
- Cover cleaner vacations and sick leaves
- Any other operational duties assigned by the COO

**What you bring to the team**
- At least 2 years of experience in the janitorial or related industries
- Proactive and can do attitude
- Excellent organizational skills
- Effective verbal and written communication
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Ability to deal with customers (cleaners) in a positive, courteous and respectful manner
- Has a driven attitude to meet deadlines and be a contributing member in a team environment.

**Compensation**: $20 per hour, vehicle gas allowance
