Position: Cleaning Supervisor Job Overview: We are currently seeking a Cleaning Supervisor to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As a Cleaning Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the cleaning operations of our clients' facilities, ensuring that all tasks are completed to the highest standard. You will also be responsible for managing a team of cleaners, ensuring they are trained, motivated, and performing their duties effectively. Key Responsibilities: Supervise and coordinate the work of light duty, industrial or specialized cleaners and janitorsInspect sites or facilities to ensure established safety and cleanliness standards are metRecommend or arrange for additional services required such as painting, repair work, renovations or replacement of furnishings and equipmentHire and train cleaning staffPrepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departmentsPrepare budget, estimate costs and keep financial recordsReceive payment for specialized cleaning jobsMay perform certain cleaning duties.
