**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks to customers in accordance with legal requirements.
- Provide first aid or medical attention to guests, when needed.
- Assist customers with ordering food and providing table service when requested.
- Ensure that no guest is served more than the legal limit of alcohol per hour.
- Keep all menus and order tickets neat and tidy at all times.
- Chill wines, liquors, beers and other beverages in a timely manner.
- Monitor bar inventory, reorder items and notify management of shortages.
- Run stock-taking sessions, maintain cleanliness and assist with any duties delegated by management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time
