**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential spaces, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels as needed, ensuring they are fresh and well-presented.
- Organize spaces to enhance functionality and aesthetics, paying attention to detail in every room.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene in all tasks performed.
- Manage time efficiently to complete cleaning tasks within designated timeframes.
- Provide a friendly and professional atmosphere, embodying excellent customer service at all times.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in hospitality or residential cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Strong organizational skills with an eye for detail to ensure thorough cleaning.
- Ability to communicate fluently in English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques for cleaning and organization.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
