**Responsibilities**
- Perform thorough cleaning of assigned areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Handle commercial cleaning tasks as required, ensuring all spaces meet cleanliness standards.
- Manage custodial duties such as restroom maintenance, waste disposal, and replenishing supplies.
- Follow established cleaning protocols and safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards observed during cleaning tasks.

**Qualifications**
- Previous experience in house cleaning, commercial cleaning, or custodial work is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively to complete tasks within designated timeframes.
- Good physical stamina and the ability to lift and move items as necessary during cleaning activities.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor when interacting with clients.
