A key part of any company’s information management strategy, OpenText **Enterprise** **Content Management (ECM)** software provides Content Services to help connect content within context for core business processes to accelerate productivity, improve governance and drive digital transformation. With solutions ranging from intelligent capture to records management and archiving, Content Services connects information from across the enterprise with the people and systems that need it.

The main assignments for this role include ownership of Intelligent Viewing for Extended ECM and the Brava and Blazon integrations for Content Suite, to include underlying foundational components and modules.

**What the role offers**:
As a Lead Product Manager, you will:

- Driving a compelling product strategy, vision and roadmap while being able to convey this information to executives as well as to key global customers and partners.
- Managing software releases from inception to launch and leading cross-functional groups to resolve issues.
- Working closely with our global R&D teams to deliver according to roadmap and business plan with short time-to-market windows.
- Collaborating with other Product Managers as part of Extended ECM suite of products and components.
- Make critical decisions as a project team leader, foster valuable networks with external contacts, and provide guidance on complex matters within your expertise.
- Possess 8-12 years of previous professional experience.

**What you need to Succeed**:

- Experience in understanding and empathizing with customer business problems and ability to break those concerns down into actionable tasks that then can be prioritized.
- Proven ability in managing or supporting a successful product through its entire lifecycle from both a technical perspective as well as business perspective.
- Experience in the agile software development of enterprise software, including the ability to manage and prioritize a structured backlog with complex technical dependencies.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for interacting with all levels of team member from executive or business level over to technical or architectural level stakeholders.
