**Position: Full Time or Part Time Work**

**Schedule: Flexible**

Coco is the biggest bubble tea provider in the world. We got that way by providing extremely high quality products and outstanding service.

We are looking for people, familiar with the bubble tea culture, who are capable of thriving in a high paced environment and want to learn how to become the best possible bubble tea prep.

**Qualifications**:
Fluent in English (required), other language (an asset)

Preference is for outgoing and friendly team oriented people

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

**Summary**

As a Team Member at CoCo Yonge & Wellesley, you will be integral to delivering outstanding customer service in a vibrant food service environment. Reporting to the shift supervisor, your primary responsibilities will include food handling, cashiering, and ensuring food safety standards are met. Your core skills in restaurant experience and customer interaction will enhance the guest experience, while your premium skills in time management and POS operation will streamline service efficiency. **Responsibilities**
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers promptly.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using POS systems.
- Prepare and serve food items while adhering to food safety and sanitation standards.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining and kitchen areas.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and timely service.
- Upsell menu items to enhance customer experience and increase sales.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Expected hours: 20 - 40 per week
