**Job Summary**:
Join our Tim Hortons team and play a key role in creating exceptional guest experiences As a Team Member, you will prepare food and beverages, maintain cleanliness, and provide outstanding customer service in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

**Responsibilities**:
**Customer Service**:

- Greet guests warmly and take accurate orders.
- Ensure every guest leaves satisfied with their experience.
- Handle guest concerns with professionalism and a positive attitude.

**Food & Beverage Preparation**:

- Prepare food and beverages according to Tim Hortons standards and recipes.
- Maintain quality and presentation of products, ensuring adherence to food safety guidelines.
- Restock and rotate ingredients and products as needed.

**Store Operations**:

- Follow procedures for opening, closing, and cleaning tasks.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the store, dining area, and workstations.

**Teamwork**:

- Collaborate with teammates to meet service goals and support one another during busy periods.
- Communicate effectively to ensure smooth operations.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in food service or customer service is an asset but not required—training will be provided.
- Strong communication skills and a friendly, outgoing attitude.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
