Commercial Financing Manager

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Lead the sourcing, structuring, and negotiation of business loans, commercial mortgages, and refinancing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with banks, credit unions, private lenders, and financial advisors
- Prepare financing packages, including business plans, financial statements, and projections
- Monitor existing debt structures and recommend optimization strategies
- Work closely with accounting, legal, and real estate teams to coordinate financing transactions
- Stay current with lending market trends, interest rates, and financial products
- Maintain detailed records of all financing activities and commitments
- Support strategic decision-making around real estate acquisitions and capital investments
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field (MBA or CFA a plus)
- 3-7 years of experience in commercial lending, real estate finance, or corporate finance
- Strong understanding of credit underwriting and commercial mortgage structures
- Excellent financial modeling and analysis skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and close complex financial transactions
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for managing external partners
