Dental Laboratory located in SE is looking for an experiened dental technician (Denture) who can work full-time.

**Receive and Review Impressions**:Receive dental impressions or molds from dentists.
Inspect and review the impressions to ensure accuracy and quality.
**Model Making**:Create accurate stone models from dental impressions.
Use the models to replicate the patient's oral structure.
**Bite Registration**:Record and reproduce the patient's bite by using bite registration materials.
**Wax Modeling**:Use wax to create a preliminary model of the denture, incorporating the shape, size, and position of teeth.
Adjust and refine the wax model based on specifications and feedback.
**Investing and Casting**:Invest the wax model in a casting material to create a mold.
Use the mold to cast the denture base in materials such as acrylic or metal.
**Tooth Setting**:Select and set artificial teeth in the denture base, ensuring proper alignment, spacing, and occlusion.
Consider factors like the patient's facial features and aesthetics.

**Processing**:Process the denture through various stages, including curing, polishing, and finishing, to achieve a smooth and lifelike appearance.

**Repair and Adjustment**:Receive dentures for repair or adjustment.
Make necessary modifications to existing dentures based on dentist or patient feedback.

**Quality Control**:Perform quality control checks to ensure that the final denture meets the required standards for fit, function, and aesthetics.

**Skills**:

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in performing tasks
- Excellent organizational skills to manage inventory and documentation
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with colleagues and supervisors

Pay: $25.00-$39.86 per hour
