**_Job Description: _**
- Work closely with the front store and pharmacy team to greet and assist customers in store and over the phone while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Accurately complete sales transactions and procedures on the point of sale, handle cash and debit/credit transactions, balance tills, facilitate product returns, complete lottery transactions, prepare customer deliveries, etc.
- Communicate professionally with customers, healthcare providers, and suppliers.
- Order, organize and stock products in the pharmacy and front store and participate in regular inventory counts.
- Maintain excellent cleanliness and organization of the front store, pharmacy, and stockroom.
- Complete a variety of administrative functions including faxing, filing, scanning documents, etc.
- Promote and participate in maintaining a healthy, safe and inclusive work environment.
- Keep up-to-date with product information and promotions.
- Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy requirements.
- Follow all Standard Operating Procedures as they relate to our various services.
- Other duties as assigned.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills as well as a friendly and professional approach to serving customers.
- Strong numerical and cash handling skills with a high level of accuracy.
- Willingness to work well in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities while working in a fast-paced setting.
- Great time management and organizational skills.
- **This position requires approximately 8-15 hours per week primarily during the evenings (4-7pm) and weekends (Sat 9am-3pm, Sun 11am-4pm)**.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods, occasionally lift or move up to 20lbs, occasionally use a ladder or step stool to retrieve merchandise, stock shelves, etc.
- Must be able to legally work in Canada.
- Previous experience working in a cash / customer service position is considered an asset.
