**We are currently seeking a Technical Lead for one of our clients**

Business Overview

Summary of the Role

**Responsibilities**:

- Accountable for the technical delivery of a global solution meeting project requirements and IT security standards.
- Works closely with the Project Team, designing, reviewing, and building technical ETL, DQ solutions based on functional requirements.
- Analyzes business needs, translates functional requirements into technical specifications, and collaborates with the technical team for end-to-end solutions.
- Builds partnerships with development teams on data management and other workstreams.
- Leads and manages development related to the Core platform and Data Management team.
- Coordinates multiple technical topics across infrastructure teams, challenges proposed technical solutions, and monitors timelines.
- Assists the Project Manager in executing the project plan, managing issues and risks, and reporting status, budget consumption, and capacity planning.

Preferred Experience:

- **Proven experience in managing a Technical Team in the Banking industry or large Corporations.**:

- Excellent understanding of Data Warehouse, ETL, Business Intelligence, and Infrastructure concepts.
- Recent and tangible experience in managing large technical projects and resources.
- Advanced level expertise (hands-on) in ETL development, Advanced PLSQL, Unix Shell Scripting, Autosys, and Business Intelligence.
- **Knowledge of development technologies such as Informatica PowerCenter/Data Quality, Oracle Hyperion, Oracle OFSAA, Oracle OBI is a significant advantage.**:

- Proven experience in strategic planning, change management, and risk management.
- Strong ability to organize activities, prioritize, and pay attention to details.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Results-driven and client-focused.
