**Salary**: $22.00 - $25.00/ hour

Location: Port Coquitlam - British Columbia

**Qualifications required**:

- Masters / PhD in Computer Science, Robotics or related field.
- Experience with working on various sensor data from cameras, lidars, radars, GPS, etc.
- Proficiency with Linux.
- Experience developing at least one of motion planning, robotic control, multi-sensor fusion, multi-vehicle formation, or localization algorithms.
- Hands-on experience with autonomous systems.
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with autonomous systems in one or more of the following areas: object detection, object classification, multi-object tracking, localization, mapping, road segmentation, prediction, etc.
- Experience developing, working with, modifying, and creating advanced algorithms.
- Extensive experience working with autonomous flying vehicles.
- Large scale probabilistic planning and prediction.
- Advanced experience of developing and deploying Deep learning algorithms.
- Experience in C++ and / or python
- Experience with one or more deep learning frameworks Tesorflow, TensorRT, Pytorch, Caffe, Cuda.
- Minimum 2 years of experience.
- Understanding of business practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Analytical mindset
- Problem-solving aptitude

**Good to have skills**:

- Multi-modal sensor fusion for localization and dynamic object tracking.
- Robust software design for safety-critical systems.
- Naturally enjoy testing of autonomous vehicles out in the wild.
- Experience in ROS and / or ROS2
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Curious and willing to learn.
- Able to work in a collaborative team environment.
- Knowledge of 3D software (Solid-works)
- Field testing of algorithms in an autonomous vehicle (involves driving, trusting your own software while being driven in the vehicle, etc.)
- Developing and testing perception algorithms on existing academic, research and industrial datasets.
- Deployment and testing of perception algorithms on an autonomous flying vehicle.
- Developing Sensor fusion-based perception algorithms.
