Vitacore is seeking a Quality Team Co-Op to support our Quality Department in daily manufacturing activities, quality management system (QMS) tasks, and new product introduction projects.   This position is ideal for a student eager to gain hands-on experience in quality assurance within a fast-paced, innovative manufacturing environment. You will work closely with the Quality Manager and the broader operations team to ensure that our products meet the highest performance and safety standards   Responsibilities include:
  • Support in-process production inspections.
  • Assist in document control activities within the QMS.
  • Support non-destructive testing as part of final product inspection.
  • Monitor production paperwork and ensure compliance with all specifications and procedures.
  • Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Contribute to the Quality Department's objectives and uphold Vitacore's quality policy.
  • Perform other quality related tasks as required.
  Skills and Qualifications:
  • Punctual, organized, and reliable.
  • Diligent and conscientious with a strong work ethic.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Works effectively in a team environment and maintains respectful relationships with coworkers.
  • High attention to detail and a strong commitment to quality.
  • Basic computer skills and willingness to learn industry specific systems.
  • Must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident, or have refugee status to apply.
  Compensation:
  • $23 per hour

  • 10 days paid vacation pro rated
