**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Build and manage wholesale accounts while identifying opportunities for growth.
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand market presence.
- Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform product offerings and pricing strategies.
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure favorable contracts and agreements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on sales goals and customer satisfaction.
- Utilize Salesforce or similar CRM tools to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team, fostering a collaborative environment that encourages high performance.

**Skills**
- Proven experience in account management with a strong focus on client relationships.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and the ability to analyze data to drive decision-making.
- Demonstrated business development skills with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Leadership capabilities that inspire teamwork and motivate others towards common goals.
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software for managing customer interactions and sales processes.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to reach mutually beneficial agreements.

Pay: $44,108.22-$85,000.00 per year
