We are currently seeking a passionate and experienced individual to join us as an Aesthetics Academy Instructor.

**Position: Aesthetics Academy Instructor**

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage the overall operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, client relations, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
- Create a supportive and engaging learning environment that fosters student participation, collaboration, and skill development.
- Provide personalized guidance and feedback to students, helping them refine their techniques, hone their creativity, and achieve their full potential.
- Demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions with students, colleagues, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Stay abreast of current trends, innovations, and developments in the beauty and aesthetics industry, continuously enhancing your own skills and knowledge.
- Collaborate with other instructors and academy staff to enhance curriculum, develop new programs, and support the overall mission and objectives of [Aesthetics Academy].

**Qualifications**:

- Certified beauty professional with a minimum of 3 years of experience in the beauty and aesthetics industry.
- Proven track record of excellence in salon management, including scheduling, inventory control, and client relations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students of diverse backgrounds and skill levels.
- Commitment to upholding professional standards and fostering a culture of inclusivity, respect, and continuous learning.
- Valid instructor certification or willingness to obtain certification as required by regulatory authorities.

**Salary**: $15.50-$20.00 per hour
