We take pride in offering a collaborative, inclusive and positive working environment.Job DescriptionThe Distribution Planner will be responsible for managing the distribution of Techo-Bloc products throughout our network. In this key role, you will work with various internal stakeholders to ensure the daily replenishment of our products across our 21 locations in Canada and the United States.Responsibilities:Manage inventory movements using our ERP system (Microsoft Dynamic);Ensure the smooth flow of product replenishment between our manufacturing sites and depots;Collaborate with production and demand planners to align inventory requirements with production schedules and forecasts;Identify inventory optimization opportunities, anticipate overstocking risks and adjust our replenishment strategy; all in a way that aligns with efficiency targets and distribution objectives;Collaborate with different departments to optimize internal operational efficiency;Ad hoc analysis.A Day In The Life:You start the day by consulting your operational tools and e-mails. Then you juggle managing your inventory movements, creating special shipments and collaborating with various teams to meet unplanned needs. After you've finished your daily tasks, in the afternoon you can focus on your projects or organize team brainstorming sessions to discuss areas for improvement in our processes, because at Techo-Bloc, continuous improvement is truly valued. QualificationsCollege or University degree in Operations Management or related field;Ability to perform recurring tasks with rigor and consistency, while maintaining attention to detail;Experience in a similar role will be considered an asset;Bilingualism (French/English) - Due to frequent communication with employees in Quebec, Ontario and the United States;Ability to use Excel and other Office suite tools;Ability to multi-task and prioritize within strict deadlines;Experience in the use of MRP will be considered a strong asset.Additional InformationWhy work for us?Career Growth and Recognition: At Techo-Bloc, we're career builders.
