**Position**: Prep Cooks, Line Cooks, Pasta Cooks, and Pizza Cooks

We are seeking dedicated and skilled cooks to join our kitchen team. As a key part of our culinary operation, you will be responsible for crafting dishes that reflect the heart and soul of Italian cuisine. We are looking for team players with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for food.

**Responsibilities**:

- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards, with a focus on consistency and quality.
- Master the art of Neapolitan pizza-making, including dough stretching, wood-fired baking, and topping preparation (Pizza Cooks).
- Create fresh, hand-made pasta daily, including dough preparation, rolling, and cutting (Pasta Cooks).
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining food safety and sanitation standards.
- Assist with prepping ingredients, managing inventory, and ensuring station cleanliness.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service and exceptional guest experiences.
- Adapt to kitchen needs, including assisting in different stations as required.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in an Italian kitchen or similar environment preferred.
- Passion for authentic Italian cuisine and a desire to learn and grow within a professional kitchen.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
- Food handler certification (or willingness to obtain).
