**Job Overview**

Must be available to work weekends and late nights.

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards.
- Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety and handling regulations.
- Assist in the training and mentoring of junior kitchen staff, fostering a collaborative team environment.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including workstations and storage areas.
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, assisting with ordering as needed.
- Participate in daily prep work to ensure efficient meal service during peak hours.
- Handle food preparation tasks efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality.

**Experience**
- Proven experience as a line cook or in a similar role within the food industry.
- Strong knowledge of food safety practices and kitchen operations.
- Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and procedures.
- Ability to work effectively under pressure while maintaining attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- A passion for cooking and creating exceptional dining experiences.
