**About See Sight Tours**
At See Sight Tours, our mission is simple but powerful: we create deep, meaningful connections to the heart and soul of every destination we explore. Our small-group tours foster genuine relationships—with locals, our passionate guides, and fellow travelers—strengthening bonds that last long after the tour ends. We don’t just run tours; we craft unforgettable moments and lifelong memories.
When challenges arise, we never compromise our guests’ experiences—even if it means flying our guides to another city to ensure a tour goes ahead as planned. That's the See Sight Tours difference.
As we continue our rapid expansion across North America, we’re seeking a hands-on, enthusiastic, and relationship-driven Operations Manager who thrives on delivering outstanding experiences every day.
**About the Role**
The Operations Manager is a pivotal leadership role at the heart of our tour operations. Based at our Niagara Falls headquarters, you’ll oversee operations across multiple North American regions. This isn’t just an office job—you’ll actively manage teams, develop new tour experiences, ensure operational excellence, and frequently engage in on-the-ground problem-solving.
**What You’ll Be Doing**
Lead tour operations across various regions, ensuring every tour meets our exceptional standards—from punctual pickups to unforgettable guide interactions.
Develop, launch, and continuously refine tour products to remain competitive, exciting, and operationally seamless.
Recruit, onboard, and mentor a team consisting of Head Guides, who collectively manage enthusiastic tour guides and drivers.
Collaborate closely with internal teams (Marketing, Customer Support, Finance) to streamline operations and deliver seamless guest experiences.
Actively monitor and drive KPIs such as booking-to-review ratios, cancellation rates, staffing effectiveness, and maintaining deep, genuine 5-star guest reviews.
Implement and refine operational procedures and quality assurance measures to ensure consistent and exceptional guest experiences at scale.
Quickly and creatively respond to real-time operational challenges, demonstrating a positive, solution-oriented approach.
Support the rapid launch of tours in new cities, ensuring impeccable attention to detail and exceptional execution.
**Who You Are**
You bring at least 3 years of experience in operations, hospitality, travel, logistics, or a similar dynamic field.
You're an experienced people leader who enjoys building and nurturing high-performing teams.
You thrive under pressure, solving challenges quickly and creatively.
You genuinely care about guests and go the extra mile to ensure outstanding experiences.
You’re highly organized, comfortable juggling multiple tasks, and able to navigate ambiguity with ease.
You have a positive, enthusiastic attitude and excel in building strong, trusting relationships with your team.
You’re excited about occasional travel to support launches and operational oversight across North America.
**Why Join See Sight Tours**
Join a rapidly growing tourism brand where your impact is immediately felt.
Enjoy autonomy and the opportunity to define operational excellence for a leading tour operator.
Be part of an energetic, innovative, and supportive team culture.
Gain valuable industry exposure by learning from a company renowned for delivering high-quality travel experiences at scale.
