Floodway is a custom Screen Printing shop in the Exchange District, making custom t-shirts and apparel for Winnipeg's best bands, brands, businesses and events.

We specialize in quality screenprinting, we're obsessed with great customer service, and we love continuous improvement.

We're looking for someone to join us as we build toward a world class screen print facility. We try to balance hard work with a commitment to creating a great work environment.

This is a full-time position. Our production team works Tuesday - Friday, 1PM - 6PM. Hours and days are a bit flexible though.

Compensation for a Press Operator starts at $18.25/hr - negotiable based on experience with a path to bigger roles like Production Manager.

- Any screenprinting / printmaking / production experience helps, but isn't necessary.
- Comfortable with computers, technology, and 'the cloud'.
- Attention to Detail & Critical Thinking are major key.
