Are you passionate about animals and excellent customer service? Thornton Animal Clinic is looking for a friendly, reliable **Full-Time Receptionist** to join our dedicated team

As a valued member of our veterinary team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients and play an essential role in creating a welcoming, organized environment.

**Responsibilities**:

- Greet clients and patients with warmth and professionalism
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage reminders
- Maintain accurate patient records and billing information
- Support the veterinary team with communication and organization
- Handle general administrative tasks and maintain a clean reception area
- Collaborate effectively with veterinarians, technicians, and other staff

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a veterinary or medical office is an asset
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Proficiency with computers and scheduling software
- A compassionate, calm, and customer-focused attitude
- Availability for full-time hours, including some closing evenings

Pay: $17.20-$27.33 per hour

**Experience**:

- Veterinary Assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
