**Job Description**:
We are looking for a Client Onboarding Associate Intern on a full-time basis (40 hrs/week) to immediately join our Advisor Experience team for a 3-month period with a possible extension. This role is primarily centered around being a key source of support for the team and will review work for quality and accuracy to make sure operations run smoothly. This is the perfect opportunity for someone who is passionate about the wealth management space and is looking to make a meaningful impact.

**Responsibilities**:

- You will be the point of contact with advisors to ensure any questions or

concerns are directed to the correct DRI (Directly Responsible Individual).
- You will help with onboarding high-net-worth clients for a white-label portfolio

management firm.
- You will work directly with our internal teams to help coordinate all required

components to a successful client onboarding.
- You will have high attention to detail and ensure that data is input

correctly.

**Qualifications**:
**The skills and experience we are looking for**:

- You are working towards your degree in a related field.
- Previous co-op experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services industry is not required but will be beneficial.
- High attention to detail, customer service, and organized skills.
- You have strong written and verbal communication skills and enjoy speaking with people on the phone about financial products.
- You have the desire to use your analytical and critical thinking skills to solve client problems.
- You enjoy helping build businesses and thrive in a dynamic, product-launch environment.
- Comfortable working in a self-managed work environment with time & task management skills.
- Bilingual (English & French) is a strong asset.
