**About the Role: Grants Coordinator**

As the Grant Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in supporting A4K's mission. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will be responsible for managing our Sport4Life Grant Program and overseeing our communications efforts. This position requires a detail-oriented individual with excellent organizational and communication skills.

**What you will do**:
**Grants Management**:

- Oversee the efficient delivery of our Sport4Life Grants through daily, weekly, and monthly monitoring of KPIs
- Maintain accurate records of grant disbursements and program statistics
- Prepare regular reports on grant activities, including average grant size, sport type, and regional distribution
- Assist in reviewing and updating grant policies and procedures as needed

**Program Support**:

- Collaborate with the Executive Director on fundraising initiatives and donor stewardship
- Support the planning and execution of community events and fundraisers
- Liaise with families, sports organizations, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth program operations

**Your Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Non-Profit Management, or related field
- 2-3 years of experience in grants management, communications, or non-profit program coordination
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms
- Experience with CRM systems (Keela preferred) and grant management software
- Knowledge of the amateur sports landscape in British Columbia is an asset
- Passion for youth development through sports

- Monday - Friday, with occasional evenings and weekends for events
