A career as a Client Service Associate in the team of CWB Wealth Partners at National Bank is to act as a high-touch client service and relationship management expert. This job allows you to have a positive impact on the organization through your proactive client service skills, investment industry knowledge, and relationship-building experience.
**Your job**
- Ensure high-quality client service delivery that exceeds expectations in every interaction.
- Meet the objectives of client retention and satisfaction by supporting Private Wealth Advisors and Portfolio Managers.
- Realize the efficient onboarding of clients through accurate documentation, account setup, and fee structures.
- Make sure you maintain accurate and timely records in CRM systems and ensure compliance in all trading and documentation activities.
- Accompany or influence clients by supporting their financial goals through proactive communication and service.
- Identify opportunities to enhance client experience and operational efficiency.
- Take part in the preparation of client portfolio reviews, tax documentation, and meeting materials.
**Your team**
Within the Wealth Management sector, you are part of a team of collaborative professionals, and you report to the Section Manager. **Basic requirements**
- Hold a University Certificate and 3+ years of experience; OR Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience.
- Current registration in an IR or RR capacity with IIROC is strongly preferred.
- Knowledge of the investment industry, including documentation, compliance, and trading.
- Experience in servicing high-net-worth clients and managing client relationships.
- Being available to travel occasionally for client meetings or team collaboration.
