**Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at AI Financial, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service and support. This position is crucial for maintaining our commitment to client satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
**Responsibilities**
- Provide outstanding customer service through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
- Assist clients with their investment-related questions and provide accurate information.
- Fulfill customer requests related to account management, product information, and general inquiries, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Assist with onboarding new clients and provide guidance on using our digital platforms.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and transactions using data entry skills.
- Promote additional services through upselling techniques to enhance client satisfaction.
- Coordinate with advisors, sales, and case operations teams to support business development, drive sales, and enhance customer acquisition efforts.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes.
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin or Cantonese) is an asset.
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus.
- LLQP license is a plus
- Strong phone etiquette and the ability to engage with clients effectively.
- Comfortable with technology, CRM systems, and online collaboration tools.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
**Job Types**: Full-time, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
