Bedford, Canada Havills Mini Home and Mobile Sales Full time

**Job Summary**

This is a full time year round position during winter months work will switch over to working on mini homes.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and fixing up gravel driveways.
- Trim back hedges and bushes from properties.
- Operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, and hoes as well as power tools like lawnmowers and trimmers.
- Laying soil and sod for yards of new mini homes.
- Maintain cleanliness of job sites by removing debris and disposing of waste materials properly.
- Working with service team to install mini homes.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in landscape maintenance is preferred but not required.
- Mechanical knowledge related to the operation of power tools is advantageous.
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while performing physically demanding tasks.
- A strong work ethic with attention to detail and a willingness to learn new skills.
- Ability to work without supervision.

Pay: $19.50-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
