**Overview**

Haliscape Construction is looking for a reliable and hardworking **Landscaping Labourer** to join our growing team. If you love working outdoors, have a strong work ethic, and take pride in creating beautiful outdoor spaces, we want to hear from you

This is a **year-round position** that includes landscaping in the warmer months and transitions to **snow removal in the winter**, with a higher hourly wage during snow season.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform hands-on landscaping tasks including:

- Spreading soil, sod, and gravel
- Laying brick for patios, walkways, and driveways
- Constructing and maintaining garden beds, retaining walls, and pathways
- Operate power and hand tools safely and effectively
- Install and maintain irrigation systems
- Clean up job sites, including residential material removal
- Work alongside a supportive team to complete high-quality landscaping projects
- Follow all safety procedures when operating tools and equipment
- Take on snow removal duties in the winter: shoveling, salting, and ensuring clear access

**Qualifications**
- Experienced in landscaping or gardening (1 year preferred)
- Familiar with hand tools like shovels, rakes, and pruners
- Physically fit and able to: Lift up to 50 lbs, Work in various weather conditions, Stand, bend, and dig for long periods
- Team player with a positive attitude
- Detail-oriented and committed to quality
- Comfortable working early mornings, evenings, and occasional weekends
- Reliable and punctual with dependable transportation - Work is performed **on-site** and requires travel to various job locations
- **Valid driver’s license (required) with a clean driving record** (preferred)

**Bonus Skills (Not Required)**
- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Experience operating skid steer, loader, or excavator (wage increase available based on testing)
- Snow removal experience
