he position is located in the beautiful city of Kelowna, BC, in the heart of the Okanagan Valley. The position would initially be for one year to cover a maternity leave with the potential for a continuing contract depending on performance. The applicant should be comfortable appearing in court on a regular basis, have strong analytical and writing skills, and be willing to work as part of a team. The successful applicant will gain more experience in one year than most litigators obtain in a decade. The firm provides supportive and collegial work environment and the opportunity to engage in meaningful, high value work.

The Firm provides a generous health and dental benefit plan, available after 3 months probation has passed, and free parking within a block.

**Salary**: $75,000.00-$100,000.00 per year
