**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage all aspects of property operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Maintain accurate records using property management software such as Tenant Cloud including tenant files and lease agreements.
- Handle tenant inquiries and concerns promptly, providing exceptional customer service to foster positive relationships.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, utilizing Maintenance software from or tracking work orders.
- Conduct regular property inspections to ensure quality standards are met and address any issues that arise.
- Negotiate lease agreements with prospective tenants while ensuring favorable terms for the property owner.
- Assist in marketing vacant properties through various channels to attract potential tenants.
- Maintain office organization, including data entry and filing systems for efficient record management.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance tenant satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer relationship management skills with an emphasis on excellent phone etiquette.
- Proficient in data entry with attention to detail for maintaining accurate records.
- Familiarity with property management software, particularly Yardi, is highly desirable.
- Ability to negotiate effectively and resolve conflicts in a professional manner.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
