**The supervisor’s role is to assist the management team in executing store operations while ensuring our guests receive exceptional customer service.**

**You will be responsible for upholding and ensuring that team upholds company policies and procedures, ensuring a clean store environment, and delegating tasks - all to create an amazing environment for staff and guests alike.**

Key Responsibilities:

- Acts with honesty and integrity
- Acts as model employee in service standards, customer engagement and professionalism.
- Ensures health and safety protocols are executed at all times
- Leads the team to provide exceptional customer service by coaching and providing positive reinforcement
- Assists with new employee training by positively reinforcing successful performance and giving respectful and encouraging coaching as needed.
- Provides feedback to store manager on team performance
- Handles guest concerns promptly and resolving them in a positive manner
- Ability to learn board games and explain them to guests
- Follows all cash management policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by team members
- Maintains regular and consistent attendance and punctuality
- Provides quality food, beverages and experiences for all guests

Qualifications:

- Customer service experience
- Leadership experience
- Enjoying board games a definite asset
- Smart Serve certified/ability to obtain Smart Serve prior to starting
- Food Handler certified/ability to obtain Food Handler prior to starting
