Truck Driver

Responsibilities:
- Safely and efficiently operate a truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment, such as forklifts or other heavy equipment
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck to ensure its safe operation
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving, including maintaining accurate records of hours driven and rest periods
- Communicate with dispatchers and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules and resolve any issues that may arise
**Experience**:
- Minimum of [X] years of experience as a truck driver, preferably in a commercial driving capacity
- Proficient in operating heavy equipment, such as forklifts, to load and unload cargo
- Familiarity with automotive repair and maintenance procedures to address minor issues that may arise during transport
- Strong knowledge of freight transportation regulations and best practices for safe handling of goods
**Skills**:
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record
- Ability to operate heavy equipment, such as forklifts, in a safe and efficient manner
- Excellent communication skills to effectively coordinate with dispatchers and team members
- Strong problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during transport
- Attention to detail to ensure accurate recordkeeping and compliance with regulations
