We are looking for a Financial Reporting Manager (Remote) to join our team

**What you’ll do**
- Prepare consolidated financial statements under GAAP including intercompany transaction and transfer pricing, supporting multi-currency
- Analyze and troubleshoot complex accounting issues and prepare technical documents
- Develop and roll out monthly, quarterly, and annual closing of books and reporting processes across multiple entities within our company
- Help interpret and analyze the periodic financial statements
- Document and analyze existing processes and create new processes for the entire finance department
- Support the annual financial statement audit and tax returns preparation
- Collaborate on special projects

**Who you are**
- 2+ years of experience in a similar role
- Undergraduate in Accounting
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
- Strong analytical skills and business acumen with the ability to step back and see the bigger picture
- QuickBooks experience preferred
- Not afraid to make mistakes, and accountable to learn from them
- Excellent communication skills inside and outside of the organization
- A desire to take ownership
- Team-oriented personality with ability to work independently
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at a time, meet deadlines, and take direction
- Attention to detail and takes pride in their work
- Adaptable, always growing and improving
