The Opportunity
We are looking for an accomplished Manager to join our Business Information and Reporting team as part of our financial services business in Montreal.

As part of our Montreal team you will:
- Lead periodic report deliverables centered around business revenues, annual budget and forecast, business performances metrics, campaign, sales activities, KPIs, and ad-hoc analysis;
- Work closely with and providing accurate financial information to business units, local and global finance teams to facilitate the reporting process;
- Develop automated financial and non-financial reports and dashboards;
- Design and develop more effective methodologies to provide insights of data to the business;
- Monitor the risk and internal control framework to identify breaches or control gaps to escalate to senior management;
- Lead new projects implementation process;
- Maintain playbook, set up governance policies and procedures, and create a culture of continuous improvement for the team; and
- Lead, train, supervise, and mentor a team of analysts.
What You Bring
- A university graduate with degree in accounting or finance with minimum 5 years’ of post-graduate work experience in management reporting, preferably in a global, diverse, multi-currency environment. Management experience is an asset;
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of data with attention to detail and accuracy are also critical;
- Ability to identify, understand, and interpret trends or patterns in complex datasets;
- Must have excellent time management and proven ability to adhere to strict deadlines, organizational and prioritization skills;
- Proven track record of leadership with creative and critical thinking, decision-making, and active listening skills;
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written in English; and
- Must have advanced Excel skills, Power BI, Power Query, and VBA Macro.
