Now Hiring: Impound Lot Lead Representative - Join Our Frontline Team

SMC Towing Group is looking for a reliable, professional, and highly organized individual to take on a leadership role at our impound lot. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our impound lot office trailer. If you’re someone who can take charge, handle a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively with the public, this role is for you.

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday, with rotating weekend shifts
- Must be punctual, dependable, and comfortable working independently

Language Skills (preferred but not required):

- English (required)
- French and/or Arabic (considered strong assets)

**Requirements**:

- Own transportation to and from the lot (no public transit access)
- Steel toe boots (safety requirement)
- Clean criminal record check (mandatory)
- CPR certification is a bonus

Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and operate the impound office during assigned shifts
- Coordinate with dispatch and yard staff
- Handle impound documentation and assist with customer inquiries
- Maintain a professional and secure front-line presence
- Monthly yard auditing
- Support yard operations where needed
- Weekend dispatch shift as required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working both independently and with a team
- Detail-oriented, organized, and calm under pressure
- Experience in towing, logistics, or security is an asset
