Urgently Hiring **Cannabis Retail Sales Associate - Budtender**
- Responsibilities_
- Creating lasting impressions and experiences with customers by building organic relationships to understand their needs.
- Successfully drive sales by educating consumers on cannabis products.
- Successfully achieve sales goals and business objectives.
- Support with inventory management.
- Support with completing all tasks and duties assigned.
- Adhere to all company training, operational standards and procedures.
- Ensure you are aware of all company communications, rollouts, directives and procedures.
- Adhere to all company policies and programs, ensuring compliance.
- Adhere to all legislative requirements of cannabis retailers, including federal, provincial and municipal legislation
- Complete tasks as assigned by the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager and Key Leaders
- Qualifications_
- Minimum 1-3 years customer service experience, retail is preferred
- Proven ability to drive positive customer experiences that build loyalty and deliver measurable results
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent organizational skills
- Passionate about cannabis and excited to bring it to market for recreational purposes
- Coachable and open to feedback
- Demonstrate high levels of integrity and personal responsibility
- Trustworthy and customer-oriented
- Requirements_
- Minimum age 19 years old
- Able to lift boxes 5-30 lbs
- Must be flexible with hours of work
- CannSell certification required.
- Criminal background check required

Ability to commute/relocate:

- North York, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)

**Experience**:

- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
