Experience and Skills Required:
- Licensed by the Law Society of Ontario
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office

- Excellent multi-tasking abilities
- Ability to prioritize and follow instruction
- Work independently and as a team
- Ability to work under pressure and complete time-sensitive tasks
- Work well under pressure to meet deadlines
- Able to work overtime if needed
The employee is required to perform the following duties and undertake the following responsibilities in a professional manner:
- Assisting with client intake, in person, and over the phone
- Act as a commissioner for all real estate closing documents pertaining to refinance, sales, purchases, etc.
- Administrative Tasks include but are not limited to file organization, scanning documents, data entry, etc.
- Other duties may arise from time and time and may be assigned to the employee
- Support senior and junior clerks
Other Requirements:
- Can work 40-45H per week
- Ability to work on weekends
- Have access to their own vehicle
Wage: Industry Standard
**Salary**: $58,971.00-$64,686.00 per year
Schedule:
- 10 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability
