**Responsibilities**:

- Manage litigation files in all phases of litigation, including commencing actions, trial preparation, and post-trial activities
- Manage and organize case files using document management systems
- Conduct legal research and gather relevant information for cases
- Prepare and draft legal documents, such as pleadings, motions, and affidavits
- Review and proofread legal documents for accuracy and completeness
- Maintain calendars and deadlines for case-related activities
- Communicate professionally with clients, opposing counsel, and court personnel
- Assist with administrative and clerical tasks as needed
- Perform data entry tasks to update case information
- File documents with the court and maintain accurate filing systems

Qualifications:

- Paralegal license required
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient in using document management systems and legal research databases
- Ability to work independently and have excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Proficient in proofreading legal documents for accuracy
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
