35 hours per week (days, evenings, weekends)
Starting Salary: $28.20 per hour
Location: Main Office (201 Jogues Street, Sudbury, ON)

Our Children, Our Future/Nos enfants, notrev avenir - a non-profit organization that works with children and families is seeking an experienced and dynamic individual who will work collaboratively with an interdisciplinary team.
**Responsibilities**:
The HR Administrator will be responsible for providing a consistently high standard of secretarial and administrative support in all people and culture activities. This role will include providing assistance in the organization of the overall workload and ensure the effective use of manpower and resources to assist in the smooth running of the department. This role focuses on managing employee files, recruitment support, onboarding, data entry for HR reporting, visa and permit tracking, general administration, and incident report management, while maintaining confidentiality and professionalism.

**Qualifications and Skills**:
- **Education & Certificates**_
- Post-Secondary degree or diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Willingness to pursue professional development an asset.
- Current CPIC
- Valid “G” Ontario driver’s license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
- **Experience**_
- 1-3 years of experience in an HR administrative role.
- Experience with international recruitment and immigration programs (RNIP, OINP, IRCC, work permits, etc.) is an asset.
- Knowledge of the child care and non-profit sector is an asset.
- Knowledge of WSIB claims, return-to-work coordination, and incident report management an asset.

- Ability to work fluently, orally and in writing, in both official languages, French and English (required).
- Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and best practices.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
- Ability to exhibit tact, diplomacy and good judgement with high standard of ethics.
- Ability to examine information or a situation, make recommendations and/or problem solve.
- Proficiency in HR software (ADP), Microsoft Office Suite, and data management systems.
