**Job Summary**
We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Porter to join our team. The Porter will play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for both staff and visitors. This position requires strong attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.

**Responsibilities**
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing various areas of the facility.
- Conduct facilities maintenance tasks to ensure all areas are in good working order.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools for minor repairs and maintenance as needed.
- Assist with heavy lifting and moving of equipment or supplies throughout the facility.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing visitor inquiries and ensuring their needs are met.
- Maintain inventory of cleaning supplies and report any shortages or needs to management.
- Adhere to safety protocols while performing custodial duties and using equipment.
- Manage time effectively to complete tasks efficiently within scheduled shifts.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in commercial cleaning or custodial services is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
- Ability to operate hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Strong communication skills to interact positively with staff and visitors.
- Capability to perform heavy lifting as required by the role.
- Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
