**What the day will look like**:
While no two days are exactly alike, your typical week could be filled with a combination of:

- Monitoring Compliance and Privacy mailboxes and logging details of reported incidents
- Scheduling of monthly internal Compliance meetings and preparation and distribution of minutes
- Implementing annual updates of local compliance policies on Aon Avenue through follow up with policy owners and working with marketing to update policies
- Processing Compliance memos distributed throughout the business including drafting of content, arranging translation, and distribution to colleagues
- Managing the approval process for client entertainment and gifts requests, sponsorships / donations requests including assembling required documentation
- Trade sanctions screening (Bridger, Dow Jones)
- Acquiring accreditation of Compliance continuing education courses and uploading content into Workday
- Monitoring overdue Global Compliance Training
- Reviewing websites of regulators for relevant updates
- Preparing assessment reports of privacy incidents
- Building strong working relationships with colleagues, business units and client teams

The Aon Canada Compliance group is looking for an Analyst to work with the Chief Compliance Officer / Privacy Officer and Senior Compliance Manager and be involved in a variety of compliance duties and projects.

**Skills and experience that will lead to success**:

- Previous compliance experience preferred but not essential
- Demonstrated problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proven organizational skills and the ability to effectively coordinate the delivery of projects under potentially competing deadlines
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbally and written
- Ability to work collaboratively as a key member of a team and independently with mínimal direct supervision
- Meticulous attention to detail and the ability to multitask
- Proven ability to prioritize competing requirements and deadlines
- Strong computer skills and proficiency with the Microsoft Office Package
- University degree
- Commitment to professional development
