This role is **REMOTE**. Train from home and work from home. We offer **PAID TRAINING**.

We have a permanent **full-time opportunity** and the schedule we are currently hiring for is 5 days a week with a rotational schedule between the operating hours of
- Monday to Saturday between 8:30am to 12:00am NST (7am to 10:15pm ET)

**Responsibilities**
- Assist and market products and services to new and existing customers
- Assist with customer related payment solutions and account discrepancies
- Document customer accounts accurately
- Respect and uphold privacy and protection of customer information
- Meet and exceed individual targets and performance expectations

**Qualifications**
- Must bring your own device. The device must:
- Support Windows 10 (1803 or higher)
- Have at least 8BG of RAM (memory)
- Have at least 500BM of free space (storage/HDD)
- Minimum internet speed at least 10mbps
- Webcam
- Bilingual Spanish is an asset
- Ability to work independently and within a team and maintain accuracy
- Ability to work flexible shifts
- Strong organizational and active listening skills to determine the appropriate course of action
- Strong attention to detail with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
- Experience in accounts receivables at various stages of overdue payments, call center or customer service environments is a plus

**Compensation**
- Hourly rate of $17.20 plus 4% vacation pay
