Design Build Solutions Ltd. is an established leader in building communities for older adults. Everyday, we are helping to address the senior housing shortages in our region.

We're doing things differently - partnering with CMA Building Systems Ltd., a local manufacturer and supplier of prefabricated steel stud wall panels for erection onsite. This collaboration is aimed at enhancing productivity and reducing installation times on our construction sites.

**What you will do**:

- Develop installation plans and manage logistics for the delivery and assembly of steel stud wall panels on-site.
- Oversee installation of prefabricated steel stud wall panels with work performed by subcontractors.
- Perform regular quality inspections and escalate any unresolved quality issues with Project Manager.
- Monitor subcontractor progress and manpower needs to stay on schedule.
- Identify cost or schedule risks and consult with Project Manager for resolutions.
- Resolve bottlenecks, scope changes, and schedule adjustments proactively.
- Work closely with the wall plant production team and project site teams to ensure agreement on schedule and logistics.
- Knows the local safety legislation and ensures safety standards are followed.

**Your experience & abilities**
- 7+ years of skilled trade experience, including, carpentry, formwork or a other related construction trade.
- 5+ years of experience in positions such as Foreman or Site Lead with increasing levels of responsibility.
- Strong understanding of tilt-up construction practices.
- Ability to identify and resolve related issues and recognize when to escalate to Project Manager.
- Experience working with pre-engineered steel systems or materials is a strong asset.
- Knowledge of general construction processes, permitting requirements, building codes, and regulations.
- Comfortable and interested in using a computer for tasks such as reporting, scheduling, and creating presentations.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.
