As the **Bus Driver** at **Oakville Estates Retirement Residence**, you will play an important role in supporting our residents’ active and fulfilling lifestyles. You will be responsible for safely transporting residents to medical appointments, recreational outings, and community events, ensuring each trip is comfortable and enjoyable. A **Class 4 Driver’s License** is required for operating our wheelchair-accessible bus, and applicants must provide a **clean driver’s abstract**.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Class 4 Driver's License.
- Clean driver’s abstract and criminal record.
- CPR certification.
- Patience, understanding and ability to perceive and assist the demands and requests of the residents and management.
- The ability to follow orders.
- Must be able to organize the daily work and its performance.
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
- Pushing/pulling, using wheelchair equipment as an essential job function.
- Must be able to concentrate in an environment that provides constant interruption and change.
