**Objectives of this role**:

- Consult with clients on overall hiring strategies, and tailor recruitment efforts accordingly.
- Build and develop our client portfolio, providing expert consultation to encourage repeat business.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct technical interviews independently, using a combination of methods (e.g., structured interviews, technical knowledge assessments, behavioral questions).
- Stay current on technological trends to have strategic conversations with clients about their future hiring needs.
- Ensure job descriptions and hiring criteria are properly communicatedby updating job postings on the corporate website and other channels.
- Assistwith onboarding documentation and other tasks to integrate new hires smoothly.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- Proven success in recruiting for the technology sector, specifically for Java and Angular roles.
- Hands-on experience with various interview formats (e.g., Teams, Zoom, Google Hangouts)
- Technical expertiseand an ability to understand and explain job requirements for technical roles.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Tenacity, resourcefulness, and a strong ability to build a solid network.

Preferred Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in human resources, communications, marketing, business, or a related field.
- Three or more years of experience in IT or technical recruiting for an agency.
- Strong experience in sales, business development, or client development.
