About Us

We are an innovative healthcare organization that integrates telemedicine, medical laboratory services, and patient management.
We are seeking a Facilities & General Affairs Supervisor to manage and support the daily operations of our facilities and warehouse, ensuring the safe and efficient functioning of our laboratory and teams.

In the initial stage of our facility development, you will also participate in supervising renovation projects, coordinating with contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with standards.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise renovation progress and quality, ensuring compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
- Oversee day-to-day maintenance and urgent repairs of office and laboratory facilities.
- Manage warehouse supplies, consumables, and inventory; coordinate receiving, storage, and distribution.
- Handle vendor relations, procurement, and cost control.
- Manage the general affairs team (drivers, warehouse staff, maintenance personnel) to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Ensure facility operations comply with occupational health and safety regulations (CNESST).
- Assist in developing and implementing general affairs procedures and emergency response plans.

**Qualifications**:

- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in general affairs, facilities, or warehouse management.
- Familiarity with facility maintenance, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Experience in project or construction supervision is an asset.
- Strong organizational and coordination skills; ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Highly responsible, with team management experience preferred.
- Fluency in French or English; bilingual ability is an asset.
