**Your Responsibilities will include**:

- Responsible for the day to day operation of assigned Food & Beverage outlet
- Training and other duties as necessary for the successful operation of the department
- Communicate to guests about the current health and safety guidelines while visiting the outlet
- Responsible for requisition and inventory counting, cost control of goods, expenses, and labor
- Staff training and scheduling
- Ensure the work environment is kept in a safe and sanitary condition
- Managing time well while multi-tasking under pressure
- Clear and effectively communicate with kitchen personnel and supervisors
- Ensure all staff are attired to SPRLLP standards
- Suggesting items based on the customer's taste or preferences; taking and creating drink and food orders
- Serve and present hot non-alcoholic beverages and food items quickly and efficiently, meeting SPRLLP’s standards
- Assuring stocking of front end showcases and coolers
- Responsible for cleanliness of the restaurant as per cleaning schedule.
- Accurate opening and closing duties of the outlets
- Transelects and RTP - assuring they are closed properly when on closing shifts
- Ensuring the restaurant is ready to ‘hand over to the next shift (cleanliness, restock, etc)
- Must be willing and prepared to step into any role as required throughout the day, including but not limited to bartending, cashiering, barista, greeter, and bussing tables, to ensure the success of the entire operation
- Resolve customer complaints with prompt follow-up.
- Programming and maintenance of POS
- Compiling daily timesheets and submitting them to payroll
- Responsible for maintenance and control of the bar and house floats
- Demonstrate strong communication and conflict resolution skills
- Must have strong and accurate cashiering experience
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in food services
- Excellent leadership skills
- High School Diploma
- Food safe certificate
- Serving It Right certificate
- Good working knowledge of current Worksafe BC regulations
