**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead our financial strategy and operations. The CFO will play a critical role in shaping the financial future of our organization, ensuring sound financial management, and driving business growth. **Responsibilities**
- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Oversee all financial operations, including accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.

- Collaborate with other executives to drive business development initiatives and support sales efforts.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards while maintaining organizational integrity.
- Supervise the finance team, providing guidance and support to enhance their skills and performance.

Pay: $150,429.68-$283,912.87 per year
