**ABOUT US**:
We are a wellness spa located in Canmore, Alberta, offering massage therapy, body treatments, and spa packages, with outdoor hot pools, a eucalyptus steam room, and gym. Our vision is to offer a space where functional healing and relaxation coexist, blending deep therapeutic care with the tranquility & relaxation of a spa atmosphere.

**SPA ATTENDANT RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Welcome clients with a warm, friendly demeanour and provide them with all the information necessary to create the best possible spa experience.
- Book new appointments and manage the schedule, including consistent checking for booking errors and contacting clients for additional information where necessary
- Handle payments and insurance billing.
- Maintain a calm, relaxing, and welcoming environment.
- Daily opening / closing procedures.
- Laundry.
- Upkeep of spa cleanliness and aesthetic.

**SCHEDULE**:
Thursdays & Fridays 2.15pm to 8pm.

Potential to add additional shifts as business demand grows, and as needed to cover staff vacation time.

**WAGE**:
An initial 3 month probationary period at $22/hour. Upon successful completion of this period, a review will take place and wage may increase based on performance.

**WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR**:

- Dependability: We are a small team, so punctuality and reliability are essential
- Strong Communication: Excellent written and verbal skills.
- Tech-savviness: Comfort with computers and quick learning.
- Multitasking: Ability to juggle tasks throughout the day without compromising on quality.
- Ability to work independently: stay motivated and take initiative, especially when working alone. This position does involve working solo on the desk at times.
- Experience: Previous spa or clinic reception experience is a strong asset, but not mandatory. A great attitude and ability to quickly pick up new systems and procedures is most important

**Must be based in Canmore / Bow Valley.
