**About Us**

**Your Role**

As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for generating and managing all sales opportunities to ultimately achieve our revenue targets. This role involves building strong relationships with current and perspective clients, understanding their needs, and promoting our services that align with those needs. We are looking for someone with a strong sales background, specifically in the manufacturing and/or construction industry and willing to take initiative to expand our customer base, maintain existing accounts and contribute to the overall growth and success of True Cowboy Contracting Ltd.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify and target potential clients through research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation methods.
- Qualify leads to determine their potential as customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their business requirements, and offering suitable solutions.
- Regularly communicate with clients to provide updates, address concerns, and ensure their satisfaction.
- Present products or services to potential clients, highlighting their features, benefits, and unique selling points.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to close sales deals.
- Handle objections and concerns effectively, addressing any potential barriers to closing the deal.
- Work towards achieving or exceeding assigned sales quotas and targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to maximize sales revenue.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
- Use market insights to adapt sales strategies and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and deals.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, forecasts, and pipeline to management.

**Mandatory Requirements**
- 5+ years of experience in sales, specifically in the manufacturing or construction industry.
- Must reside in the Muskoka area.
- Ability to read and understand blueprints.
- Intermediate-level computer skills

**Work Environment**
- Office (located in Bracebridge, ON).
- Client sites (Bracebridge & surrounding areas of the Muskoka region).
- Remote (some work-from-home opportunities available).
